Complete manuscripts must be electronically submitted through this website. Please make sure you can access this site (please create your PIN firstly). You could find the detailed instructions about the paper format and submission here.

    The deadline for all submissions to ICNSC 2011 is October 1 November 1, 2010.

    Submitted manuscripts should be at most six (6) pages in IEEE two-column format, including figures, tables, and references. Please use the LaTeX style file or Microsoft Word template to prepare your manuscript. However, submission MUST be in PDF format.

    If required, IEEE XPlore PDF compliance can be checked at the IEEE PDF EXpress web site http://www.pdf-express.org/

    If your file is not Xplore complaint, it will NOT be published in the conference proceedings and the IEEE Xplore database. To meet these requirements, you must ensure that your PDF file is compliant by using the IEEE PDF express system before you submit your paper through the paper management system.

    2. Click on the link “New Users – Click Here” and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is ICNSC2011x
