Authors pay the same registration fee as non-contributing participants. At least one of the authors of a submitted contribution must pay registration to be included in the Proceedings and Final Program. If one author submitted more than one paper and he/she is the only presenter for all submitted papers, the registration fee for the each additional paper is 300 Euro (before 15 February 2011) and 350 Euro (after 15 February 2011).

Cancellations

Registered participants may cancel their registration until 11 March 2011. There is a cancellation fee of € 100. The rest of the registration fee will be refunded after the conference. There is no refund of registration fee, social events for cancellations received after 11 March 2011. Cancellations must be done in writing (e-mail, regular mail or fax).

Liability

The Organising Committee cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to private property of the participants. Participants are advised to take out insurance, as they consider necessary.

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economical events or by force majeure, or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With his/her registration the participant accepts this proviso.

Passports and visa

Please consult your local Netherlands Consulate concerning passport or visa requirements well ahead of time.

Official language

English is the official language during the conference. No simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
