The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) will be releasing the results of the Common Entrance Examination (CEE-2017) today, July 10.
Once the NCERT CEE 2017 results get declared, all the candidates can check the same at ncert-cee.kar.nic.in
The NCERT conducted the CEE 2017 examination on June 11 at 35 cities across India.
Steps to check NCERT CEE 2017 results:
- Go to the official website of NCERT, ncert-cee.kar.nic.in
- On the homepage, click on the ‘CEE 2017 result’ link
- Enter your registration number and other details in the space provided
- Result will appear on the screen
- Download and take a print out.
Meanwhile the results for BED/ BED- MED (Integrated)/ MED programmes will be released on July 24.
The exam is held to gain admissions in B Sc, B Ed, BA B Ed, M Sc Ed, B Ed, M Ed and B Ed-M Ed (Integrated) courses offered in regional institutes.
Selection process:
As reported by Indian Express, the selection will be done on the basis of 60 per cent of total marks from entrance examination and 40 per cent from aggregate scores for BSc BEd / BA BEd/MSc Ed/BEd/BEd-MEd (Integrated)/ MEd.
The counseling and admission will be done in respective Regional Institute of Education (RIEs). Further, these academic programmes will be offered at the Regional Institutes of Education (RIEs) at Ajmer, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Mysore, Shillong and PRARAMBH (School of Teacher Education) Jhajjar, Haryana.
